This five day course delves into deployment and management of Windows 7 for support technicians and those in similar roles for large companies. Upon completion of this course, students should be prepared to deploy Windows 7 and resolve compatibility issues with the program.
The course will begin with preparing students to deploy Windows 7 and to carry out all the necessary operations involved in servicing the devices they are used on. The course will also discuss the different lifecycles associated with hardware and deployment. Students will also learn about the challenges associated with deployment and compatibility analysis. When issues relating to inventory and mitigation arise, students will be able to work with them. Different scenarios that may come up and methods of exploring them are covered by the class curriculum. Students should exit the class with a broad understanding of the tools used in conjunction with Windows 7 deployment. By the end of the course, students should have well-rounded knowledge of using Windows 7 with In-Place, Side-by-Side, Lite-Touch and Zero-Touch.
