Aaron is spot on! I make about 37K a year as a penetration tester. I have a Security+ Degree in information security and am about to take my C|EH. Having that will only net me an extra $1200 making my 37 turn into 39K. After taxes i’m back down to 13/hr.

I was recently asked my opionin on nursing shortage and some comments made on whether they pay nurses too much ..My reply . Can you really pay a nurse too much for being with you or your family when they are sick or possibly dying? A life or death decision which usually comes from the nurse as SHE/HE are the ones at the bedside with the patient. Is it really too much to pay us for risking our lives every day being exposed to all of the diseases that patients have and we give our all to care for? I say absolutely NOT when we are paying millions to say ..a football player, an actor or people who only entertain our lives. Has it gotten that bad that our actual life and those who care for it aren’t worth much??????????GD Star Ratingloading…

Just doing a follow up. Does annoye know if this industry is getting any better organised? $5mill for a minority stake makes this overvalued IMO. With that sort of money, they should be looking at a brick and mortar presence with a fantastic retail frontage.Online, at best, they can book opportunities for a verification report service (someone else is already doing it I guess).Or they could run it as a B2B2C service where a guy who wants to exchange his car drives it in into motor exchange, obtains a valuation report, and uses it to bargain for his new car. He pays nothing to motorexchange. Motorexchange in turn refurbishes’ the car and sells it to the equivalent branded used-car showroom that gives its new used car customer warranty, etc.

Hi Stuart,Thanks for the informative viedos, definitely highlight the need to strictly adhere to ones chosen strategy.I have a question regarding the property trusts which seem to be popping up within your search criteria fairly often, and all show signs of gaining momentum, granted off low bases and after the pummelling they got in the GFC.Do you have any explanation for why these are trending the way they are, is the smart money going into these as volumes are increasing? I believe most of these funds are mainly in commercial/retail/industrial properties. Unlike residential, these may prove the winner. Spose as usual time will tell.Anyhow just found my observation interesting although I don’t have any reasons behind it.Keep up the good work.Cheers,Rod
